The judging criteria for surfing is made up of a number of elements which the judges refer back to to award points for waves ridden. In this video,  [the 2nd in the series ], I look at what the judges look for when surfers perform Innovative & Progressive moves. Although this element of the judging criteria is only one of the 5 key elements, it is proving to be a heat winner for those surfers skilled enough to perform them in the competitive heat.
